Winter LBD

Well, though it doesn’t really feel like it, we’ve started into the magical season of winter. If you’re like me in Atlanta, short sleeves and sandals have replaced the usual coats and scarves. It is downright hot.

But maybe if we talk about cold-weather outfits, it might get colder outside? It’s worth a shot.

This post is the start of a 4-season series in which I take my very common Little Black Dress (a sleeveless t-shirt dress) and style it to fit the current season.

So, for winter, I layered a chunky, lace-lined sweater over my plain frock, belting it for some shape. Add some chic yet minimal accessories, and voila! You have a completely different, and cozy, look for this “chilly” weather we’re having!
